Steps are as follows :-

(Edit the network you want to change such as 148.43.67.in-addr.arpa for 67.43.148.*)
syntax is like this: 68 (last part of the IP) PTR mail.netdotsolutions.com.(Domain name)
Do not forget to put .(dot) after the domain name
Eg: So to set 67.43.159.16 = inets.com.br
Add this line: 16 PTR inets.com.br.
