To install Fantastico on VPS install & then get the ip licensed

cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi

tar -xzpf fantastico_whm_admin.tgz

rm -rf fantastico_whm_admin.tgz

*********************************************
And all done.
